  • Client information is stored using Acuity Scheduling, a secure third-party scheduling and record-keeping platform.

  • Acuity employs encryption in transit and at rest, and supports HIPAA-compliant configurations through a Business Associate Addendum (BAA) for accounts that enable those features.

  • Payment information, including card details, is processed and securely stored through Square, which uses PCI-DSS–compliant encryption standards. Amplify Brows Plus LLC does not have direct access to or store full card details outside of the Square platform.

  • All client and transaction information is accessed only through password-protected accounts and used solely for legitimate business purposes such as booking, billing, and record maintenance.

  • While reasonable security measures are in place, no online system can guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that some level of inherent risk exists with electronic data storage and transmission.

  • When payments are made via Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App, the Studio may collect the payer’s name, username, or transaction details for record-keeping and tax purposes. These platforms process payments using their own security and privacy policies, which clients should review directly.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information only when necessary to:

  • Comply with local, state, or federal law

  • Respond to valid legal requests or court orders

  • Work with service providers who assist us with booking, payment, or communication (these providers are required to protect your information)

6. Data Retention

Client service records and consent forms are retained for as long as required by Minnesota law or industry standards for body art establishments.
